There is truth in that saying as there are countless paths one can take on their life’s journey and see where they lead. Everyone has ventured down a path where maybe they shouldn’t have gone but hopefully they sense the need to go back to the fork in the road and take the other direction. I’m here today to tell you about a “Journey”, and path that I have found that could be “the” one that brings out something within you that you didn’t know existed!

The Flute Journey that I am leading you toward, involves the “Native American Flute”

In my opinion, the Native American Flute (NAF) is the most beautiful sounding musical instrument ever created! The sound coming from this instrument has touched me in ways that nothing else has!

Early flute artifacts have been dated to around 40,000 years ago.

I have heard that humans have been enjoying the sound of flutes for so long that it is part of our DNA!

Whether the DNA thing is true or not, we really do enjoy the sounds of a well-tuned NAF.

Sasquatch Flutes started in 2024 making beginner NAF style flutes for children to have a “happy place” to enjoy making simple, beautiful music and connecting with nature. My mission is to get every kid off of their phones and learn to enjoy being inside, or outside making music and connecting with nature.

These flutes aren’t just for children. Whether you’re five or a hundred-five, the NAF belongs in your life.

The objective is to get you an affordable, well tuned, NAF style flute for you or someone you know so that, they too can start their own “Flute Journey”
